I went on a service call for a downed BCM 50, it seems every night at midnight the system locks up(3 nights in a row). The customer pulls the power on the main cabinet, after 5-10 minutes system works fine all day long. I asked the customer to do a backup,she started, it disabled the phones and never finished the backup and the system never came back up until she pulled the power again. I go into programing with my laptop, the program quit responding and the phone system rebooted. Any help would be appreciated
