We have a BCM 50 telephone system and we need to monitor how many calls each extension makes. Just a simple figure ie. ext 206 - 46 Calls (and maybe a duration of each call) etc..
We have contacted our telecomms supplier and they have advised us that there is only 1 system (which is all singing all dancing, and overly complicated for what we need) for the BCM 50 for call logging and it requires a dedicated PC which costs £850 + Vat to run the software on. In total, they have quoted us nearly £3000 for the system / PC and install.
Needless to say, we have now shelved the idea, but I can't beleive for one minute that there isn't a much simpler version or a way we can log calls per extension. We only need to see the stats for the last few days at any one time (not months).
Does anyone know of a simple call logger system or prices of any which will do the simple job on the BCM 50 without costing thousands of pounds?
