Nortel BCM 450 - Activity Code - lunch break optios

Dear All

Is there any way to use activity codes in Nortel bcm450 as break time options
ex : lunch break , coffee break .. etc

if not is there any way to make this option available on our call center

our helpdesk manager want to see on his real time screen how many agents on break & witch kind of break

kindly i need ur help .

Don't think so those codes or used for active calls
