I have a BCM400 (v 3.6) and am having problems with the Reporting for Call Center Software, it cannot connect to the database. In the BCM, MSSQLSERVER service is Stopped and won't start. All I've tried so far is a reboot. Any ideas?
It sounds as if the RCC will need uninstalling, followed by a reboot and then re installing again. Also make sure that the RCC auto updates are turned off.
