We currently have an old Nortel BCM 400 that we are having two different issues with.
The first issue we are having is calls randomly at times are very quite. The next call after can be loud without any issues. This seems to happen with only external calls coming in.
The second issue we are having is on a particular external line the call will never be routed to the voicemail. This particular line can be setup with an auto attendant to answer but the call never gets to the auto attendant. The call appears to be alerting and then switches to the voicemail in the BCM monitor. After a small period of time the call appears to get disconnected. The call then comes back through and repeats the process. The caller just hears a constant ringing but never reaches the voicemail.
We are planning to decommission this system in the future.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
