We had a BCM 400 installation for IVR which transferred the call from the IVR to an extension number(2222)(ip phone), we also had a globitel speechlog 6.5 to record all the calls coming on the extension.
Recently we added contact centre feature, one skillset and the ivr transfeered the calls to the SKILLSET CDN (2001) and the agent logged in from the ipphone (2222) to answer the calls.
After this change the globitel speechlog in not recording the calls anymore, i would like to know what configuration i should change to record the calls again.
Please help!!
