NORTEL BCM 400 3.6 SW PASSWORD RESET

Having a problem accessing a BCM 400 with 3.6 software. The system password had been set to default and either it has been changed or the password entered incorrectly too many times but we are no longer able to login to the unit via the web browser. Does anyone have a solution to resetting the password or a back door into the system?

Reimaging the drive is the only solution unless you or somebody else built a backdoor account. If the defaults don't work, and you let the system sit for a while until the password unlock timer hits, you're out of luck.
