Nortel BCM 4.0 RCC IVU error: Unable to obtain real time data 2

Hello,

This morning when I went to start the RCC with the IVU I got an error on the last step "Unable to obtain real time data from the BCM after 10 attempts." Ive never seen this error before and I am unable to access RCC now.

I have a BCM 4.0 with the latest updates.

I've looked for an explanation or fix for this but have been unable to locate anything.

Anyone familiar with this error?

Did the Historical Stream connect?

The last step of IVU requires the BCM IP Address, the port, and the CCRS password (configured in Callpilot Call Center General Properties). Have you verified these parameters are all correct?

yep...verified....specifically it fails after I enter that info and it continues to "Getting BCM Real time data. Please wait..."

I just reset it to what I knew the password to be and it still is giving the same error.

Actually yes I can ping the bcm, It looks like it is a login issue. I am not able to go directly in using my browser either (it does bring up the login area though). So, it looks like its not recognizing either of the logins being correct when using the IVU or going directly in with a browser.

No settings have been changed. I would like to avoid restarting if possible, but thats looking like my next step for now.

Restarted the PC a few times and the service. I should have included this in the initial question, I will next time.
