Nortel BCM 3.6 Private Network, Location Code 1

I have mixed software versions of BCM's in the field, and am stuck on this one. I know thru Element Mgr where to find this particular field, but can't find it in the older 3.6 version (non EM). What I need, thru EM:

Telephony/Dialing Plan/Private Network/Location Code

Any ideas on where to find it? Thanks in advance.
