I have been struggling with getting a true handle on our BCM only due to lack of time and information that was actually provided to me before being given the task of taking control of our phones. This is my first time working with a Telephony server so please forgive me for any stupid questions.
Where do I need to be within Call Pilot or the Unified Manager in order to set the maximum number of rings before VM picks up on any line/extension? Right now it is set to 4 but we want to switch it to 6?
