Nortel BCM 3.6 - Max Rings before Voicemail

I have been struggling with getting a true handle on our BCM only due to lack of time and information that was actually provided to me before being given the task of taking control of our phones. This is my first time working with a Telephony server so please forgive me for any stupid questions.

Where do I need to be within Call Pilot or the Unified Manager in order to set the maximum number of rings before VM picks up on any line/extension? Right now it is set to 4 but we want to switch it to 6?
 
For extensions you go into programming and change the fwd no answer rings to 6 for each set. If you want to make changes to the AA u go into the callpilot and check the number of rings for each line you have on the system.
