Hello all,
I have a BCM200 w/3.6 sw that if a call is forwarded to the VM it drops as soon as the VM answers it. If you do a Feature 986 to any mailbox, it goes right in and records the message. All other functions on the system are working. The mailbox keycodes are installed and the system has been power cycled. My thoughts is a bad port on the VM but how do I disable a VM port or even know which port? Any suggestions are welcomed.
Thanks
