I'm looking for software for BS450-24T version 4.5.2.4 or higher. Could somebody reading this forum help me please?

Once you are registered with Nortel, and have a service contract on a Baystack 450, you can go to this link, and you will see "releases" under the software section:

I am already registered on nortel webpage. Problem is that I don't have a service contract on Baystack 450 - and I don't really know where/how should I buy it. I'm from Poland and I've tried to call Nortel infoline for my country - but phone number from nortel webpage seems to be invalid. Do you have any idea what is the price of service contract on BS450?

Yes, you can purchase the following part# which is a service contract for 1-year for a Nortel Baystack 450-12 or 450-24 port unit. Note that this is the lowest service level offered giving software upgrades and phone support (does not cover hardware replacement if product becomes defective):
GE6300818

The cost for this is $69.00 American Dollars (not sure the euro rate).

I've contacted my local nortel reseller and asked for GE6300818 - he offered me "Technical Support Service - GE6300
Support SSGLKH4L6Q; KEC0077017"... for $543 + tax. I'm quite surprised

Unfortunately, it appears that you are being ripped off by the local reseller. Seek other reseller sources that can help you as I'm sure there are plenty of competitors who will give you a fair rate.

Again, $69.00 is the MSRP (List) price for 1-year of this (yes, it is called "Technical Support Service")
The "GE6300" designates the service type.
the "818" here specifies the Baystack 450 product that you need covered.
