Nortel 911 call setup in LD 24

( cs1000) Does anyone know how to program the setup for an E911 call so the call can be captured. I understand that programming has to take place in LD 24 but I'm not sure what to do. I have programmed the TTY port and the History log to capture a call but so far no calls are being captured. Any ideas ?

To get it on the TTY, set USER to include "OSN"
