Nortel 8x24 DR5 Voicemail

I have a customer with a NOrtel 8x24 system with a flashtalk. Two phones have voice mail. Call forward on both phones was changed to 10 rings, yet voice mail answers on the sixth ring regardless of the number of rings. Can anyone help me. AA answers, press three transfers to ext. 221....after three rings i need 221 to forward to 222....after three rings there I need phone to transfer to 235. Transfers work, but voice mail answers on 6th ring all the time regardless of call fwd answer number of rings....

Change the transfer recall time. That's what is controlling your forward back to voice mail.

Changed number of rings from 6 to 12 and that did the trick. Number allowed were 6 and 12 in upper limit. Could not choose a lower number, but 12 got it done. Thanks for the help.
