Nortel 8600 IST error

Hi

I i am trying to configure 2 8600s and when i enable the IST i get the following error and one of the core restarts.

"MLT INFO smltTick:unlocked SMLT/SLT Ports after 10 secs;SMLT is not running"

Kindly help with this error.
