A few of our long distance numbers are ringing a fast busy before the number is completely dialled. Where should I begin looking? I want to make sure the problem isn't inhouse before I call the long distance vendor. Thanks!
T-1's or PRI's? If PRI, monitor the D Channel for outbound then call one that is failing to see what you are sending out. If you see an issue, then you need to start looking in LD 90, compare settings with LD # that works with one that does not.
