Is there any way to get two phones to ring after customers selects an Automated Attendant CCR Tree option. Such as pressing 1 for customer assistance, both 221 and 222 will ring?
You could put an Answer DN key on one phone to answer the other.
I.e. 222 has Answer DN for 221, CCR Path 1 points to 221
Con- This would effect all calls
Or put an Answer DN on both sets to answer a spare unused DN/port (tag the port as In Use for Answer DN)
I.e. 221 and 222 has Answer DN for 23X, CCR Path 1 points to 23X
