I am new to Nortel technology and have a Nortel passport 7400 series. Does anyone know where I can find documentation on the command line interface.
1 out of 4 of my E1 trunks used for voice comms are down and I would like to diagnose the problem. The admin who ran the equipment previously is not talking, so any help to get me started and get the problem solved will be appreciated.
We use an X21 modem and the telco operator reports that it is fine.
