YOU NEED A T24 KIM, AND AS FAR AS MODULE GOING IN ANOTHER BUILDING HOW FAR IS THE OTHER BUILDING

The T24 KIM module and T7316 set are only recognized in R6.1 MICS software. All other releases see the T7316 set as a M7310, so the Handsfree and line appearance locations are changed.
As for a remote fibre module, several companies make a fibre extender unit that will take the module considerable distances over a fibre link.

They seem to be around $1500.00 canadian dollars for a complete set.

I've used these before with great results.
