I am trying to setup a PRI connection between a Cisco 3745 and a Nortel 61C. I followed all the suggestions from the other posts. I am setup at SL1 (NET) on the Nortel and DMS100 (USR) on the Cisco. Everything appears to work but I have the following issues:
When I dial the access code on the Nortel, I get dialtone again from the PBX. If you dial digits you then get dialtone from the Cisco and can make a call. I don't know why I get this second dailtone from within the PBX.
On the Cisco I setup a dial-peer in Call Manager to access NARS/BARS in the PBX. I send just "9" to the PBX and the call is clear immediately with the following DCH message:
.
DCH 7 IMSG SETUP REF 0000801D CH 44 23 TOD 15:46:20
CALLING #:6450 NUM PLAN: NUM UNKNOWN
CALLED #:9 NUM PLAN: NUM UNKNOWN
DCH 7 OMSG REL COMP REF 0000801D CH 44 23 TOD 15:46:20
CAUSE :NORMAL UNSPECIFIED
DIAG: 183
Any idea what may be wrong?
