Nortel 61c OS Restart

Hello

I am facing a issue in Nortel 61c release 4.0, CPU OS Restart many times in previous few days.and show
****OS RESTART****
reset reason from fpga = [0xff] error.
and call server make standby, other call server became active.

I did not install any patch in CPPII. So i want ask you that this error is regarding to patch or may be other issue.
