nortel 61c experiencing acd problems

Have a nortel option 61c and have end users stating callers saying that they never get answered

THR RAN IS PROBABLY Not running id your RAN routes get disconnected usually the callers get ring no answer until an agent is available- that could be the case here.

by the way you are in the wrong forum for this you need to be in the CS1000 forum.
check your RAN routes if they are not running the caller will get dead air or ring no answer while they wait in que.
