I have a NorStar 616 DR5. I have setup trk/line data for station 21 to access all 6 lines and I install a CO Line in each port, and no ring. Am I missing something?

Line 1-6 are assigned to Set 21 and are set to ring. I don't even get an indicator on the phone.

Make sure the phone you're accessing is actually station 21. It could have changed extension numbers if "Set relocation" is active.
