Nortel 5510 No agent Code

I have a 5510 that has been working fine until I needed to unplug it and power it back on. Only the power light came on, so I plugged in a terminal and discovered that there was No Agent Code. I therefore connected the switch to another switch with a PC running TFTP. I set all the parameters for doing the load. The server was found and started sending the code and then I got a failure message that stated "My UDP port changed was=118D IS=0089. I also looked at the error log and saw a message of Bad port Mask = 00000000=LS; MS=00000000. I am stuck as to where to go from here.
