Wwe have Nortel 4.5 and it works grand but lately we have been seeing calls waiting, while we have calltakers waiting but they are not going to the user. can you help me is it a update problem.

I see that there has been no responve on this for a few days. To help we will need some more information.

You have a Rls 4.5 PBX.

You say that you have calltakers waiting, do you have Symposium ?

How are the calls routed ?

Can you call, a call taker direct and do they answer.

As much info as you can gives us a place to start.
