Our business has symposium 4.5 for call centre. We have approximatley 40 phones on line.
However sometimes lately we can see call queuing and we have call takers available but however they are not getting the call. they have the required permissions and this only happens perhaps 2 or 3 times amonth.
Has anyone come accross this and if so any solution.
