Hi all, does anyone know what the key name is for feature that allows you to drop conference calls? Also has anyone programmed a key on a 3904 which allows the user to press a key that sends the call to V/M if they don't want to answer it. For example if they are having a meeting in their office and the phone rings they would like to press a key and send it to V/M.

key x ao6

BUT add ao6 to cls and the set builds the conf keyon key 18 for you.. you don't see the key unless your on a call that can be conferenced.. (soft key)
