Nortel 3904 set not receiving external calls.

Please advise TN Below.
This set makes calls both internal and external. Will not receive external calls, does not go to the appropriate voice mail either. Please Advise.

Yes, it's in the range. I have other similar numbers wich are working fine.
 
Can you dial from the outside 7528 and 7530?

Similar numbers may be in your DID range, but this one may not be.

The only way to be sure is to call your Telco Rep and ask them what your DID range is. On one systen I worked on I had 200 DID's in numerical order except for a group of 5 number's right in the middle that belonged to another company.

Looking at the TNB I would have to say 7529 is not in your DID range.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
The other possibility is you are using IDC tables ( incoming digit conversion ) and this DN is being converted to another number.
