Extension cannot receive incoming calls from outside lines. Ext to ext working fine. Clients name is assigned to phone. When client calls external number it shows as main company number on caller ID instead of her name and tn

You mean DN I assume...
It's normal to show the main phone number or private # so that the other parties know what # to call back as they cannot call your internal DN's.

If the extension didn't receiving DID calls, then check that CLS = UDI
