Nortel 2550t

at the command prompt on a Nortel 2550T running code FW:1.0.0.9 SW:v4.0.0.000, I type "menu", it asks for a password.
I have no idea what it is. I have tried everything, any ideas?

Does the switch have any config on it? I had this happen to some of my switches and had to default them and recongfigure.

i think the menu command accesses a nortel diagnostic menu. it's not something you should need to access

I think I never figured out what that password was.
