I have problem with Nortel 2526 switch.When booting/testing it pass all tests except Test Internal Loopback which is FAILED.The switch is working a short time and then the whole network (with few other switches) is down. I upgrade software to the latest version but with no luck. Any help?

I'd second that opinion, the failure rate for these switches is pretty low but it sounds like you got one that has a low-level hardware failure.
