The 2430 is just another Bay RS router (just like ARN,ASN, BN etc), hence it has the same interface and command sets.
There are several config guides out there depending on what needs to be configured...mostly PDFs, they've been out for the longest time. It is not 2430 specific. There are BCC and Site Manager methods for each. Best bet is to go technical documentation section of Nortel's site:
