Nortel 1624g not responding for commands

I have Nortel 1624g, I log in with rwa account, and when I enter such as show vlan, I got strange response such as below

as you can see, I didn't get the vlan or or the ports?

can anyone help?

The command line works on a tree structure, similar in concept to a windows file structure.
So typing "show vlan" moves you down the show vlan path (as seen by the change in the command prompt). If you use ? you will see what options there are to complete the command.

To view vlan information
# show vlan ? (to view vlan options)

# show vlan info all (add vid at end to view specific vlan)

To view port info
# show port ?

# show port info all
