Hi hope you can help, we are thinking of purchasing some Nortel 1220 handsets. They look pretty much like a i1120e ip handset.
We are currently using realese 4.5 so when we program up a i1120e handset we use type i2002, or for a i1140e handset i2004.
Looking at the 1220 handset, it looks like we would use the same type as a i1120e handset which as mentioned above is i2002.
Does anyonme know if this is correct?
