Nortel 1140e - New call notification

Hi,

I have several Nortel 1140e's connected to a BCM400. By default, when a user is on the phone or when the phone is set to automatically go to voicemail, the red notification lite flashes when another call comes in and a 'beep' is heard notifying the user of the new call.

I have 2 phones that do not 'beep' in the above situation. I'm not sure if this is a configuration issue with the 1140e or the BCM/Call Pilot.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the telco section of the sets for CLID set.
