Hi, i have a issue with 1dn in my contact recording, the mensage is:

12/12/12 04:38:19 PM Recording Start failed on DN/TN 2075/44fc. Cause Code (hex):3543
12/12/12 04:38:40 PM Unable to receive audio packets from 2075 on address 118.218.10.6:11340.
12/12/12 04:38:51 PM Recording Start failed on DN/TN 2075/44fc. Cause Code (hex):3543
12/12/12 04:39:37 PM Unable to receive audio packets from 2075 on address 118.218.10.7:10112.

the tn is adquired in the Contact recording ubt this message appear many times..

my pbx is cs1000m 7.5 and my contact recording is 6.0 masterd and slave configuration.
