Nortalk Flash 1.9 AA 2nd Greeting problem

I have a nortalk flash that I have recorded the greeting for a law office who has a new secretary. The greeting is "You have reached the law office of ....." This is fine, but there is a second recording immediately following this one that says "for Pat, press 1, For Cheryl, press2, etc" The second greeting I can't find under CCR or AA and it is the one that needs changed. It's been a while since I service Nortel, so I may be missing something easy.

it 'll be under the appropriate table under AA menu prompt

If its press 1 for this and 2 for that it is a CCR menu. Find the associated table for the lines in question and scroll through it until you find out which CCR tree is associated with that table. Don't forget to disable the tree before you attempt to make any changes.
