Norstsar CICS Volume Issues

Hi,

We recently have experienced complaints of low volume with CICS installs (6.0 & 6.1) Software. Our most recent complaint has been with a client that we upgraded from an 8x24, all the sets remained the same, and immediately they found volume issues. Anyone else having the same issues ?

I useually set the "receiver volume" to "set" so that once a user uses a phone and they set the volume for themselves the setting is kept for that phone.
