Norstar VOip Password Reset

To: Aragon and also NorstarWiz,

I have a Norstar VOIP, passord lost.I saw a post about reseting and using Bootp not certain how to do this plus this is a working system do not want to lose information or take down if at all possible, however, we are doing a migration and the engineers on this cisco project need the configuration information.I do not have any software disks for this and have tried using procom to talk via the serial port no talkey.Can anyone help ???
