All versions of NAM 4.0 should be able to do an xfer using PRI. I have never known/thought that access S/W had anything to do with it.
The specific notes for it went like this: Pick a "dummy" (empty) line or pool for you outbound access. Then just put your routing in front of the dial string at the CCR xfer point. The NAM will ignore the empty line/pool and just go out on the PRI because you put the route in.
