Norstar Voice Mail Timeout

On my 4.0 how can I change the the allowable option choice time from 5sec. to like 15 sec. my Automated Attendant hangs up on my customers quite often if they pause too long between option selections.

If the CCR hangs up then give it somewhere to go .. make the attendant the Vmail DN. This should allow for a repeat of the CCR option. Be sure to make attendant available in F982.
