norstar vm2.20 intermittently answers with mailbox not initilized

everything was working fine until they had a power outage that ran down the ups and shut down after rebooting everything seemed to be fine but now for some reason the voice mail has started answering the incomeing calls sometimes with the mailbox is not initalized then asks you to record your name and to leave a message. normally all lines are set to ring 10 times then gets answered with greeting number 1 which says if you konw your parties ext. etc. yesterday i went there and found that only line 2 was have the problem of going to the uninitalized mail box but after resetting the number of rins from 10 to 7 the problem went away. and started answering the right way as of this morning now the recp. says that line one is now doing the same thing. ps the reason the system was set for 10 rings is they have centranet service and the rings are two rings silence two rings then silence so its the = or 5 normal rings any ideas ive looked everywhere in my manuals and cant find any answers.thanks in advance for any help.

sounds like one of the phones has ringing line appearances, its mbx has not been initialized, and the forward settings of that phone are incorrect.

Weird and whacky things can happen after a power failure. I suggest you call in professional to go over the entire program.
