Norstar VM shows Locked

I have a sets which are showing locked when trying to access their voice mail. How can I clear this condition? Thanks V98

you need to reset the password for the mailboxes useing the admin function

I tried to password reset after looking to see this set was using vm port 1730. I then went into f983 then mb 1730 then reset. when I tried the default 0000 still shows locked..

you can print out a report and check the ext number against the mailbox number

or check the mailbox that you think it should be and see if the correct ext is assign to it
