New TSP install using Personal Productivity Suite 2.1
Customer is using MICS 6.1 with one PRI circuit.
No PRI issues.
Installed TSP 4.3 and CTA100 on dedicated Windows 2000 server with SP4.
No installation issues.
24 Client licences successfully installed.
All Windows 2000 clients successfully registered with TSP server.

PROBLEM:
When users have registered their DN to the TSP server and they make a call using PRI only the last 4 dialled digits appear on the LCD display of the Norstar handset ;(
Call completes :)

If user is not registered to the TSP server they see all dialed digits on their LCD display :)

Why are only the last 4 dialled digits displayed when users are registered to the TSP Server?

Are you doing MCDN on this system?

MarvO said it

No MCDN just PRI PSTN access.
PRI enabler etc...

Sorry aragon, then that shoots my theory down the tubes. This one has me bugged.
