Can telco lines Appear and Ring on a T24?

I have a customer with a M7324 that has 10 Pots lines that Appear and Ring they want to change this phone to a T7316 but only 7 lines will Appear and Ring on the T7316. I was hoping to install a T24 for the other 3 lines.

You forgot to mention model and software level.

If you had a T7316e with 6.1 software I know it will work, just assign a CAP (in CAP/KIM Assignment) to the required DN.
Once your lines are assigned you can use Feature * 81 to move the lines over.

2 possible problems

1. On 6.0 or lower both the e and non-e will show as an M7310 hence only 7 lines if you have 2 INT's and a HandsFree.
lf you have 6.1 or higher T7316 will show as an M7310 as well while the T7316e shows as just that.

2. KIM is not supported on 6.0 or lower.

Upgrade to 7.1 and T7316e's would be a good option if it's CICS or MICS.
