Norstar T serie on 8.0 (18) endless ringing?

Hello everyone, I hate norstar card but i`m trying to help a friend here! I know there was problem with M series under release 16 but the customer have all T serie phone and the endless ringring happens a couple of time each day on different phone.
is there anything to solve that issue yet?
I have two customer with M and T serie on release 7.0(5)and never had this problem.

i have the same issue with an ipo 7.036 all m series are 16 and higher. each day i have an endless rnging.

I am having the same trouble with my 7.0(36). It started when I was told to upgrade from 7.0(23) to 7.0(27) in order to fix a hissing problem on the M series sets. It fixed the hissing & started the endless ringing problem. I am now up to 7.0(36) with no fix as of yet.
