I've been given full responsibility for a Norstar ICS phone switch and I'm familiar with most of the basic programming. I've worked a lot with the meridians in the past, but this is my first time taking ownership of a Norstar.
My question is this:
What is the best way to map out how the Norstar is setup? For instance - I have a PRI but I don't know how the lines are laid out. It appears as though the DID's are all pointed to our operator... how do I confirm?
Calling a vendor is not an option on this island... the one we use it not always available..
