Norstar Startalk Flash with version software 2.1

Spent the last few days trying to get the automated attendant for Nortel phone system working. I have several menu options that I am looking at putting in place. I have made it to the point of getting the first greeting setup, but beyond that I am having trouble.

You have posted in the wrong forum use norstar systems . Also if curlycord were here he would tell you to call in a tech problem solved.
