I have a issue with a customer who has 2 PRI's and the SMDR only records from 1 - PRI. The equipment has been changed out to make sure it was not defective equipment and the same thing happens. Can someone tell me why and what I need to do ...please??

Would the SMDR by any chance be the "older" model? Does it look like an ATA 2 and need a power attachement, or a bigger box with no power requirement?
