I have a customer with a mics. He has Shadow CMS with cti tools connected to the norstar through a cta 100. The computer he was using crashed and he lost everything. I have got the RSI software installed on a new computer and it is collecting smdr info in the cti tools. The problem is that he does not have a maintenance contract with RSI and they will not tell him the file paths to set up on the CTI tools or the shadow cms. If anybody has this could they help me out. Thanks for any help

It's been a while since I worked on Shadow, but I do remember the last time I had to call RSI for tech support, the let me pay for one time support.
